  1. 1. Please handle the precious metal jewellery with necessary care to avoid damage.
  2. 2. We are not responsible for any loss due to mishandling of ornaments which may cause breakage chipping of enamel and falling of stones.
  3. 3. Please check the purchased item and tally with the invoice before purchasing.
  4. 4. Unused ornaments are exchangeable within 5 days of purchase.
  5. 5. The original invoice has to be submitted at the time of the above sales return/exchange.
  6. 6. Buyback of used ornaments subject to production of original bill and the rate will be prevailing gold rate.
  7. 7. The company reserves to modify the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
  8. 8. Any disputes related to the purchase and above mentioned Terms and Conditions shall be settled at Vellore court
